MadChef

History

MadChef first started back in '82 when the grass was green and the uni was not as old. Two people decided that they were dead sick of the normal everyday food that was offered on campus. They started up the first MadChef stall only then it was called MadFoods. They sold pizza and scones.

Progress

This went on for a couple of weeks until seemingly overnight their popuality increased tenfold. They setup 2 more stalls and a couple of their friends manned them. But they still needed to expand. They managed to get a place in the new building that was doing build at the time. This was the site that they had until early 2005.

New Location

In May 2005 MadFoods moved into a new location, still on campus. At this time they also changed their name to MadChef, and moved into a new corporate identity.
